Red Sky Winery
uses the best, most economical, efficient, and quality-conscious shipping
companies to deliver wine to our customers. We typically
ship on Mondays for most orders, and will delay shipments to avoid temperature
extremes. If your order needs to arrive by a particular date please email or call us
directly. We charge our customers only what it costs us to have our wine shipped
to you safely and legally.
Red Sky Winery is compliant with state laws, and currently direct ships wine to
consumers in the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida,
Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New
Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon,
South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin.

We CANNOT ship
to states listed above in RED due to direct shipping laws. As the laws
change, almost on a daily basis, check back periodically. We hope to ship

Here are some other details:

New
Hampshire: shipments of wines in bottles larger than 750ml prohibited by
state law.

Residents of
Arizona, Georgia and Louisiana must be physically present at the winery at
the time their order is placed.

We strongly
recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business, rather than a home
address.

We WILL NOT
charge your credit card if shipment is delayed to avoid in-transit
temperature extremes. We will charge your credit card at the time of
shipment.

Many states
now require the collection and remittance of sales and/or excise taxes. If
your state is one of them, we will calculate this tax and include it in the
total charged to your credit card.
Red Sky Winery sells and ships wine only to persons 21 years of age or
older. To place an order you must provide your date of birth, as well as
certify that you are 21 years or older. By placing an order with Red Sky
Winery you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of
this shipment are at least 21 years old.
When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show
identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful
misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most
states, and if you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the
recipient, we will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you to the
fullest extent of the law.
